How to Cancel your Subscription

Even the best parking stories come to an end — here’s how to close yours.

To cancel your monthly parking subscription or any other subscription on Curbstand.com, you’ll need to log in to your account and submit the cancellation through our website — this is the only accepted method for cancellation and ensures it’s recorded properly in our system.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to https://dev.curbstand.com/my-account and log in.
2. Click on “Subscriptions.”
3. Find your active subscription and click “VIEW”
4. Click the “CANCEL” button and confirm.

🔔 Please make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another term. Per our terms, once a billing period starts, it remains active through the end of the paid term and is non-refundable, even if unused.

Important Notes Regarding Subscription Cancellations & Payments

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• All Sales Are Final for the Month Once Billed: Monthly parking is charged in advance and is not prorated or refundable, even if you do not use the service for the full term.
• Cancel Before Your Billing Date: You must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid being charged again. If you cancel after the renewal date, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid month, but no refund will be issued.
• No Verbal or Email Cancellations: You must cancel through your online account at curbstand.com/my-account. Emails, phone calls, or in-person requests will not be accepted as valid cancellation notices.
• Chargebacks Without Valid Cause Are a Violation: Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of your agreement. If you believe there’s an issue, please email us at support@curbstand.com so we can resolve it quickly.
• Chargeback Misrepresentations and Chargeback Frauds: Filing a chargeback without a valid reason, also known as chargeback fraud, can be legally considered a form of fraud and potentially have legal consequences. This typically involves deliberately misrepresenting details of a sale to secure a refund on a legitimate transaction.
• Documentation is Provided: For every charge, we provide an email receipt and allow full access to your billing and subscription history via your online account. You are required to keep your contact information up to date.
• Use It or Not, It’s Reserved: Your monthly fee reserves your parking access for the full month. Whether or not you use the service, the space is held for you and the billing remains unchanged. If you’re not planning to use it or did not use it, it’s still considered an active reservation and no refunds, credits, or proration will apply. This ensures availability and guaranteed access throughout your paid term.
